How your towels are produced
Cotton yarn is selected for softness and absorbency, then woven on terry looms where a slack pile warp forms the raised loops that give the towel its absorbency and plush handle. Loop height and density are set to your specified GSM weight. The woven cloth is scoured and dyed to your shade reference, then dried and inspected for weight, shade and pile consistency. It is cut to size and hemmed with reinforced stitching to hold shape through repeated laundering, with borders and labels applied to your specification. Every batch is checked against your approved sample before packing.
