How your sofa covers are produced
Jacquard carries its pattern woven into the cloth rather than printed onto it, giving depth and durability that holds through repeated use. Coloured yarns are selected to your shade reference and woven on jacquard looms to form the pattern, then the finished cloth is inspected for weave consistency and defects. Fabric is cut into panels against the dimensions of the frame, and the panels are stitched with the pattern aligned across every seam for a continuous finish. Each cover is pressed, checked against your approved sample and packed to your specification.
