How your curtains are produced
Duck fabric is a heavy cotton or poly-cotton construction chosen for durability and body, while jacquard carries its pattern woven into the cloth rather than printed on it. Fabric is inspected on arrival, then cut to your specified panel size. Every edge is hemmed for a clean finish, and duck panels receive a reinforced band along the top edge to carry the weight of the curtain when hung. Jacquard panels are cut and stitched with the pattern aligned across the panel. Each batch is checked against your approved sample for dimensions, shade and finish before packing.
