How your chair pads are produced
Poly-cotton duck fabric is chosen for its firm, hard-wearing weave, then inspected and cut to your specified pad size. The panels are filled with 100% recycled cotton to your specified weight, giving a supportive, evenly padded seat. Edges are stitched and closed with reinforced seams to hold shape and fill through repeated use, with ties or fastenings and labels applied to your specification. Every batch is checked against your approved sample for dimensions, weight and finish before packing.
